For Arcanine...try howl over thunder fang...
for Weavile...you could start off with it and give Choice Band and Ice shard for dragons.
Draco Meteor on Salamence...and it can use Choice Specs.
Dusknoir seems fine although I would use Fire punch instead of Thunderpunch
Skarmory would like an attack...Drill Peck over spikes.
Seismic toss over flamethrower on Blissey...and make sure to max its def first.

Well dusknoir with tpunch can take on gyarados pretty well so i wouldnt completely ignore the idea. Skarmory does need drill peck. On your blissey in particular aromatherapy could also be an option over t-wave, reason being is because your sweepers cant necesarily just switch in on blissey without t-wave risk, and t-wave would kinda render them useless so yeah....
