I think it's stupid when...

People lose so much at a game and they quit. I had a friend that I used to play all the time until he got upset at a lost and released all his Pokemon. I'm far from the best Pokemon player (I don't have time to dedicate to making new teams like most people) and I have my share of sucky battles...but quitting? Never crossed my mind.

I understand that this game is about competition but wow. It sucks when people take these games too seriously, especially when it's just Pokemon.

You guys ever know someone like that?

Well, actually I kind if used to be like this. After I lost a important battle I would always make a new team, ir I would just stop playing Pokemon for a month. Most of the time, i would just create a new team. I notice that was losing because I was making the wrong predictions in battles, now everything is good for me.

Lol yeah, its called youtube. People D/C on matches on youtube so frequently its not even funny, i guess they wanna have a clean record, they only dont D/C when they are going to win, its pathetic but it happens.

Guh, I hate people like that. >_> They take the game reeeeally seriously.. then the ones who DC are the best. As soon as they start to lose, they DC. They don't even TRY to turn the tables around. I find most of the random people (youtube, serebii) I battle do that, so I try not to battle with most of them. .-.

Yes it is really stupid when game like this is taking way to serious. but some people competition is everything. when at loss mahn they quit. i had a friend like that and i know someone lost career because of everything they put in line that their confident enough to be good in life. w/e about. Competition is everything to me. Whenever i lose i just take it as TRY AGAIN next time, or i exploit what when wrong and learn from it. but quiting is just horrible.

I never stopped playing something because I lose. (okay, maybe for a day or so.. But that's not even worth comparing) And D/C-ers are pathetic, why does everyone want great scores? It's only a game, it's meant to be fun. By D/Cing you're taking the fun out of the game for both you and the person your fighting.

You know, the people who have loads of losses and only a few wins are probably better then the people who have loads of wins and no losses.

Wow these people need to take it easy you know. If I lost, I would just try to make it better, not quit on it.I also had a friend who did that. When he quit pokemon, later on he started to regret doing that because he actually sold his game which made it worse. I dislike those people who do that seriously. >_<

Those kinds of people need hobbies. ;C Seriously.
