In the battling world of pokemon d/p, each and every pokemon is classed within a certain tier. Each tier relates to their usage. These 5 tiers are; Ubers, Overused (Ou), Borderline (Bl), Underused (Uu) and Neverused (Nu).
Ubers:
Ubers are pokemon which were banned from the standard metagame due to the fact they were abnormally overpowered pokemon. Ubers usually consist of extreamly high base stats, a huge godly movepool, and sometimes even a deadly ability.
